Screen Printing - Screen printing is the process of transferring a design onto a flat surface, such as a t-shirt, using a mesh screen, ink (hence the name Kingdom INK), and a squeegee. Compared to other methods of printing on apparel, screen printing is significantly cheaper per unit when printing large quantities, produces designs that are more durable and last longer through washes, allows for better color accuracy with its custom ink-mixing process, and often achieves a more vibrant and opaque result, especially on darker materials.
Our Process

Communicate with Customer - Our first step is to communicate thoroughly with our customers to discuss designs, placements, types of apparel, number of items being ordered, etc.

Provide Quote and Proof - Once the details are known, we can provide our customers with a quote. Soon after approval of the quote, our customers can expect to receive a detailed proof of the items being ordered to ensure that everything is exactly the way the customer desires before moving onto production.

Production - Once our customers have approved the proof, we can begin our favorite part - the process of screen printing. We start by taking the design and ensuring its in the right format to be able to be enlarged and manipulated as needed. We then print the design and burn it into our screens. From there, we can begin printing on the actual apparel, ensuring the design is correctly placed and thoroughly cured before organizing and boxing up all of the ordered apparel.

Delivery - Once the products are complete, we will either personally deliver the apparel to our local customers or ship it to our non-local customers, which will all be factored into the original quote.
